Bookings

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Same Day Concrete. Prices shown online are estimates based on the volume entered; final invoicing is based on volume actually poured (volumetric mix). Orders under 2m³ are billed at the 2m³ minimum charge.

Accurate job description & site access

The information you give us about the job — especially access width, height, gradient, surface, parking and the distance from vehicle to pour — is essential and we rely on it when scheduling. If on arrival the site or access materially differs from what you described and safe delivery is prevented, we reserve the right to treat the order as aborted and cancel without re-attendance. In that case we may retain or charge the costs reasonably incurred — including concrete already batched, vehicle and labour time and lost scheduling — which can amount to the full price where the concrete cannot be resold, in which case no refund is due. Consumers' statutory rights are unaffected.

On-site risk & damage waiver

By asking our vehicles, personnel and equipment onto your site you accept that, except where caused by our negligence, we are not liable for damage to driveways, paths, kerbs, paving, drains, manholes, lawns, gates, walls, buried pipes or cables or other property arising from the presence, weight or operation of our vehicles, pumps or equipment. Surfaces and underground services not built to carry heavy vehicles are at your risk — please protect vulnerable surfaces and mark hidden services before we arrive. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a callout fee.

Payment

Payment is taken on delivery unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts receive 5% discount and 30-day terms.

Loyalty Programme

Earn 1 loyalty point per £20 spent. 1 point = £1 redemption value at checkout. Points are non-transferable and expire 12 months after issue if unused.

Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
