Terms of Service

Bookings

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Same Day Concrete. Prices shown online are estimates based on the volume entered; final invoicing is based on volume actually poured (volumetric mix).

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a callout fee.

Payment

Payment is taken on delivery unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts receive 5% discount and 30-day terms.

Loyalty Programme

Earn 1 loyalty point per £20 spent. 1 point = £1 redemption value at checkout. Points are non-transferable and expire 12 months after issue if unused.

Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
