Same Day Concrete (“we”, “us”) collects only the personal data we need to fulfil concrete deliveries: your name, email, phone, postcode and site address.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email, phone, password — stored hashed)
• Booking details (volume, mix grade, delivery address, notes)
• Loyalty balance & transaction history

How we use it

• To deliver, schedule and invoice your concrete
• To send booking confirmations & ETA updates by SMS and email (via ClickSend & Resend)
• To run our loyalty programme

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time via the My Account page — this removes all personal data. Bookings remain anonymised in our records for accounting/HMRC compliance.
